What We Provide & Offer

We actively engage in direct outreach by providing essential supplies and nourishment to individuals experiencing homelessness. This includes distributing food, hygiene products, and other necessities to those in need. Beyond shelter-based efforts, we assemble and hand out “blessing bags” thoughtfully prepared kits for individuals living unsheltered on the streets. We also prepare and deliver to-go meals and lunch bags to people in known encampment areas and high-need zones such as viaducts, transportation hubs, and tent communities.

Rooted in harm reduction and trauma-informed care, our work aims not only to meet immediate physical needs but also to foster trust, dignity, and lasting human connection for those too often overlooked. In addition to direct support, we connect individuals with critical long-term resources, empowering them with tools to work toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Where We Operate

We conduct our outreach in the areas of the city where the need is most urgent and resources are often scarce. This includes public spaces such as parks, CTA 'L' stations, and underpasses, as well as high-traffic and high-risk zones like Lower Wacker Drive areas that are commonly frequented by individuals experiencing homelessness, displacement, or extreme poverty. Our presence is especially focused in neighborhoods like Austin, where systemic disinvestment, economic hardship, and social inequities have created complex challenges for residents. By operating directly in these environments, we aim to build trust with vulnerable populations, provide immediate assistance, and connect individuals to long-term support systems, including housing, mental health services, harm reduction, and job placement programs. Our street-level approach ensures that we are not waiting for people to come to us we meet them exactly where they are, both physically and emotionally.
